Update After 1 year--From quitting to Batting Cleanup

Steve assisted me with a player 1 year ago who was going to quit college baseball and just go to school. Through many emails and late night phone calls, and countless hours in the gym, this kid has finally come of age. As of right now through 6 Fall games he has he 5 home runs, 4 doubles, 3 singles, 2k's, and 8 walks. We had discussed what would happen when he showed up and they wanted to shift his weight back and change him but it never happened. The coaches have not said one word to him about his swing. We both would like to thank Steve for everything he did to help this young man. I will post then and now here video in a week or two.

On a side note for users of Englishbey Hitting, I have 6 kids that I work with on hitting. 3 of them are first year college, 2 walk on and 1 scholarship. All three are now starting for their teams, all 3 are hitting for power, can hit the inside fastball which looks like a lost art on the rest of the players. The other 3 are now getting phone calls due to the sucess of the before mentioned 3 players which brings credibility to our small town players. I will state once again that all 6 would have been going to school, drinking beer, paying to see a baseball game without Steve's instruction.

...Hey, I appreciate the comments.  I'm glad I could help some.  But, credit goes really to those who are MOTIVATED to engage in the process of learning "new tricks..."
